About the Role
As the Hardscape Foreman, you’ll oversee the installation of high-end hardscape projects, including patios, retaining walls, custom outdoor kitchens, walkways, and more. You’ll lead a skilled team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure every project meets our high standards for quality and excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of hardscape professionals
• Plan, coordinate, and execute custom hardscape projects from start to finish
• Ensure all work complies with project designs, timelines, and safety standards
• Conduct site inspections and problem-solve as needed to maintain quality
• Communicate with clients, project managers, and team members effectively
Requirements:
• License: Valid driver’s license
• DOT Medical Card: Must possess a current DOT medical card
• Experience: Proven experience in hardscaping or similar field
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail
• Physical Ability: Able to handle the physical demands of hardscaping work
